The Route:
Meeting in the village of Forcoli.
Group welcome, initial briefing and handover of rental bicycles.
After a brief technical and safety introduction, we set off on a guided tour through forests, hills and scenic dirt roads, immersed in the Pisan countryside.
Pedal in the company of an experienced guide along an itinerary designed to combine nature, movement, culture and taste, at a relaxed and accessible pace.
Arrival in Palaia and visit to the striking Romanesque parish church, a thousand-year-old witness to the history of the village.
We continue to the prestigious Usiglian del Vescovo Winery, with:
– walk through the vineyards
– guided tour of the winery
– tasting of 4 selected wines, accompanied by a board of local products
Lunch break in the historic center of Palaia, in a typical restaurant, with an agreed menu, to enjoy traditional Tuscan cuisine in an authentic setting.
In the afternoon, return to Forcoli along a relaxing route and return bicycles.
