Description

Experience a beautiful bike ride in the heart of Florence, a UNESCO World Heritage city that is considered an open-air museum.
An evocative tour that combines history, art, iconic views and taste, pedaling between past and present, from the Renaissance to the present day.
An experience that will make you forget the modern chaos and take you back to the Florence of Dante, the Medicis and the great arts.

The Route:
Start at Cascine Park, one of Florence’s green lungs, easily accessible and ideal for starting the tour safely.
Pedaling along the Arno, the route continues to Ponte alla Vittoria or Ponte Vecchio, crossing historic neighborhoods to San Niccolò, one of the most authentic and fascinating corners of the city.
From here we gently ascend to Piazzale Michelangelo, an iconic vantage point with one of the world’s most beautiful views of Florence.
Panoramic stop and souvenir photo to immortalize the experience.
Piazzale Michelangelo is scheduled to host a delivery of sandwiches from All’Antico Vinaio, for an informal but iconic taste break.
On the way back we visit the striking Abbey of San Miniato al Monte, one of the most spiritual and fascinating places in the city.
